Sarah Dwyer is a full time professional real estate agent and office manager with TNT Properties and has been a licensed REALTOR® since December 2018.
From the first time you meet Sarah, you will feel at ease with her professional and personable working style. You will be confident in her ability to represent your best interest through any real estate process. She continually upgrades her education and knowledge and has learned from an early age what it means to have a strong work ethic, high morals, and core values.
Sarah has lived in the Bryan/College Station area since 2012 after marrying her high school sweetheart, Kyle Dwyer in 2011. Together they bought their first real estate property investment and have grown their investment portfolio with nine properties! This expertise gives her the ability to relate to the needs and goals of other investors.
In 2014, she gave birth to twin boys which sparked the inspiration for both she and her husband to make property management a business instead of just a passion. She officially joined Kyle Dwyer in his venture with TNT Properties (named after their twins Tucker and Tavin) in March 2018, opening an official commercial property management office in July 2018. After much growth and success, they decided to extend their portfolio to include Asset Hero Property Management.
Sarah is a graduate of Texas Lutheran University where she earned a BA in Biology and Minor in Psychology working 8 years in the medical field, most of which was spent in a supervisory position (2011-2017). This experience has strengthened her strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to simultaneously manage various projects and schedules, all for the client’s best interest.
You can count on Sarah to be passionate, genuine, and focused through any process. Her natural curiosity drives her to listen to and learn about the people she encounters. Reliable and dependable, Sarah is a great confidant and advocate.
Sarah and her husband Kyle are big advocates for sponsoring premature infants and support Preemie Prints, in honor of their twin boys, Tucker and Tavin. You can usually find Sarah and her family at playgrounds and parks with their twin boys and the newest addition to the family, Natalin – a sweet little girl to bring “N” more joy to the “TNT” of their lives.
